Alltite Effects
Heat delivered to the dermis and SMAS, not the fat layer
Many devices, including Ultherapy and Onda, act on the fat layer, which can lead to hollow cheeks.
Alltite works differently. It applies a 40.68 MHz ultra-high-frequency electromagnetic field that rotates water molecules within the tissue to generate heat — a process called dielectric heating. Because tissue with a higher water content absorbs this energy more readily, heat concentrates in the moisture-rich dermis, fibrous septa, and SMAS, while relatively less heat reaches the low-moisture subcutaneous fat layer.
This is why Alltite, even with a gliding treatment technique, can improve not only the jawline but also the mid-face, including the nasolabial folds.
Immediate lifting from the moment the treatment ends
Alltite targets a temperature range of roughly 42–45℃. Within this range, tissue does not coagulate, yet the collagen triple helix recoils and the fibers contract immediately, while heat shock proteins such as HSP-47 are activated, driving collagen remodeling over the following weeks. That is why immediate lifting and elasticity improvement over several months occur together.

Lifting without numbing cream
Alltite is not designed to generate heat at the epidermis, and a dual cooling system protects the surface further. As a result, the treatment is performed without numbing cream in most cases.
