What is the difference between HILO WAVE and Fillers?
Both are hyaluronic acid-based and share the common benefit of immediate volume improvement.
However, HILO WAVE contains a minimal amount of the cross-linker BDDE, making it less likely to cause foreign body sensations or side effects like vascular occlusion compared to traditional fillers.
On the other hand, the treatable areas are limited, and the maintenance period is somewhat shorter.

However, since HILO WAVE consists of hyaluronic acid itself, the volume is filled immediately after the procedure. In contrast, PLLA-based collagen stimulators like Juvelook Volume, Sculptra, and Olidia require time for collagen synthesis, taking several months for effects to appear.
